Wine description
Der Langhe Nebbiolo DOC es ist ein Rotwein typisch für Piemont , produziert von Bauernhof Bel Colle , liegt in der Gemeinde Verduno in der Langhe. Die Traube, aus der dieser Wein entsteht, ist 100 % Nebbiolo. Nach der Gärung erfolgt die Verfeinerung für etwa 12 Monate.
Die Eigenschaften dieses Langhe Nebbiolo
Beim Anblick erscheint er intensiv rubinrot mit granatroten Reflexen. Der Duft ist intensiv und zart mit Veilchennoten. Am Gaumen ist er trocken und samtig, angenehm süß, bei jungem Genuss leicht tanninhaltig.
Die empfohlenen Kombinationen bei der Verkostung dieses piemontesischen Rotweins
Bei einer Temperatur von 18-20°C servieren. Es begleitet sehr gut S zweite Gänge auf Fleischbasis und gereifter Käse .
