Der Prosecco Rosè Extra Dry DOC von Heilige Ursula Es wird aus prickelnden Glera- und Pinot Nero-Trauben im Autoklaven nach der Martinotti-Methode hergestellt.
Eigenschaften dieses Schaumweins
Bei der organoleptischen Untersuchung zeigt dieser Veneto-Wein des Weinguts Casa Sant'Orsola eine leuchtend rosa Farbe und eine feine und anhaltende Perlage. Die Nase ist angenehm zart und die fruchtigen Noten kommen besonders gut zur Geltung. Am Gaumen ist er frisch, würzig und mit einem angenehmen Aroma.
