Wine description
Der Ribolla Gialla Schaumwein Brut aus dem Keller Astoria Es wird zu 100 % aus Ribolla Gialla-Trauben hergestellt. Die Ernte erfolgt Ende September, wenn die Trauben ihre volle Reife erreichen; sanftes Pressen und Gärung bei kontrollierter Temperatur. Es folgt eine 3-monatige Reifung auf der Hefe in Stahltanks.
Eigenschaften dieses Spumante Brut
Frisch und elegant zeichnet er sich durch die Intensität der fruchtigen Zitrusaromen aus, gefolgt von einer Mandelnote. Am Gaumen ist er sättigend und vollmundig und endet mit einem zarten Citrin-Abgang.

Hervorragend als Aperitif oder zu paniertem Gemüse. Bei 8°C in einem spitz zulaufenden Glas servieren.
