Weinbeschreibung
Der Curtefranca Rot Von Cascina San Pietro stammt aus Cabernet Franc-, Cabernet Sauvignon- und Merlot-Trauben. Die Trauben werden geerntet und mit dem Most gepresst, der 15 Tage lang in Stahl vergoren wird. Anschließend gärt er 30 Monate lang in Holzfässern.
