Le Sentinelle stellt den besten qualitativen Ausdruck im Bereich dar Morellino di Scansano DOCG , von dem Mantellassi-Farm . Die in der Mischung verwendete Rebe ist die von Sangiovese für 85 %, hinzu kommt der Anteil von Alicante für 15 %. Der Ursprung liegt in Magliano in der Toskana. Die Ernte erfolgt mit Trauben im perfekten Reifegrad. Die Weinbereitung erfolgt nach der traditionellen Rotweinmethode in kleinen 50-hl-Tanks mit langer Mazeration. Die Reifung und Verfeinerung erfolgt 20 Monate in Barriques aus französischer Eiche und einige Monate in der Flasche.

Im Aussehen hat der Wein eine rubinrote Farbe. Der Duft ist intensiv nach Waldbeeren. Der Geschmack ist harmonisch, elegant und anhaltend.

Ein idealer Wein zu Wild und würzigen Käsesorten. Die optimale Serviertemperatur beträgt 18°C.
