Wine description
Der Brunello di Montalcino Vintage DOCG. Des Podere Cannet Zu , wird zu 100 % aus Sangiovese Grosso-Trauben hergestellt, die in der Region von Hand geerntet werden Montalcino-Weinberg liegt in einer hügeligen Gegend (400 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel). Die Reifung dauert 5 Jahre und mindestens 3 Jahre in Eichenfässern.

Die Farbe ist intensives Rubinrot. Der Duft ist typisch für reife Früchte. Der Geschmack ist harmonisch, elegant mit leichten Tanninen.

Er passt gut zu edlem Wild, raffinierten Gerichten, gedünstetem und gegrilltem rotem Fleisch und gereiftem Käse. Um die Aromen hervorzuheben, empfiehlt es sich, ihn mindestens 2-3 Stunden dekantieren zu lassen und ihn in glatten Kristallgläsern bei einer Temperatur von 18-20°C zu servieren.
