From the vinification in purity of carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The origin of the vineyards lies in the area of Friuli Venezia Giulia, in the municipalities of San Floriano and Cormòns, in the Collio DOC area, with an altitude of 250 meters and 80 meters above sea level respectively. The vinification and fermentation foresee that the grapes separated from the stalks are placed to macerate in large steel vats for a variable period depending on the year. During this phase delicate fulling operations allow to extract the noble components precursors of the taste and aroma of wine. The last is the aging of the wine that is left to age for about twelve months in large and small oak barrels and for about six months in bottle.
