Characteristics of white wine
The appearance of this sensational wine is straw yellow, with light greenish reflections. The aroma is pleasant and intense to the nose, characterized in particular by the fruity scent of pear, to which are added light citrus nuances and slight flavors of tropical fruit. The taste in the mouth follows the footsteps of the nose, resulting harmonious, delicate and of good persistence.
Matching
A wine suitable to be paired with fish or vegetables, is ideal to try with sea bass and green beans. The optimal serving temperature is 8 ºC in a high and wide glass that allows the aromas to flow.
