Chianti Classico DOCG's features
The organoleptic analysis of the wine shows an aspect of deep ruby red color, the nose has aromas of cherry and violet that, together with notes of licorice and vanilla, create a very suggestive olfactory bouquet. The taste on the palate reflects the balance and confirms the cherry already present among the aromas, with a tannin that supports the whole body.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this product of Castellare winery
A very versatile wine that prefers structured and important dishes. It certainly goes well with damp dishes and medium-aged cheeses. The serving temperature is 16ºC.
