From the vinification of 100% Merlot grapes. The origin is the one in which the company operates in Tuscany. The vinification provides that the grapes, once harvested and brought in the rooms used for the vinification of the winery Castellare di Castellina, ferment in steel for a period of 18-25 days. Then it is aged for 30 months in new 100% barriques.
