From the vinification of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Canaiolo grapes, bred strictly in Tuscany within the company limits. The vinification following the harvest that takes place in the month of October, the grapes are fermented in steel, where malolactic is also carried out. The aging takes place in French oak barrels for 7 months, followed by 7 more in bottle.
