From the vinification in absolute purity of 100% pure Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The origin is that of Friuli DOC, the vines are all grown within the areas of the Tauriano Estate near Pordenone. Grapes are rigorously selected to represent only the best of the terroir of origin; vinified in steel, they mature then in oak barrels. A ruby red color, with light garnet reflections. The scent is rich on the nose, with notes of fruit from the undergrowth that alternate with spicy and woody nuances. The taste on the palate is full-bodied, rich, perfectly balanced. It closes with a persistent finish.
