From the vinification in Blend of fine Friulano grapes 50%, Pinot Bianco 30%, Chardonnay 20%. The origin is the classic one of the company limits in the Collio DOC area - Tenuta di Vencò, Gorizia. The vinification requires that the grapes are rigorously selected to represent only the best of the terroir of origin. They vinify and rest in steel for a few months, before being bottled.
Collio Bianco Frontiere Sant’Helena DOC Fantinel’s features
A golden yellow color, very bright and crystalline. The scent on the nose recalls ripe fruit, hazelnut, lily of the valley and more mineral hints. The taste in the mouth is full, soft, in balance between acidity and flavor. It closes with a persistent finish.
