Weinbeschreibung
This rosé wine from the Apulian Varvaglione winery is made from pure Susumaniello grapes. Following the harvest, cryomaceration and soft pressing take place. This is followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15-16 C°. The final ageing phase takes place in steel.
Characteristics of this Apulian wine
It has a pale pink colour and an olfactory bouquet of small red fruits. On the palate it impresses with spicy hints.
Recommended pairings with this Apulian rosé wine
Try it with fish dishes, white meat and cheese. Also excellent with pizza. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 C°.
