Sangiovese Colmaia Toscana IGT BIO of Cantina Badia a Coltibuoni, comes from the vinification of Sangiovese grapes with certified organic management. Owned by the Stucchi family, whose name is intertwined with the history of Chianti since 1846, Badia Coltibuoni is located in the province of Siena, Tuscany, in the hills of Chianti. After the manual harvest, we proceed with the vinification with short macerations on the pomace. Then the aging in bottle takes place.
