This label represents for the Santi winery the traditional "pink" version of Bardolino, obtained thanks to a low-temperature vinification that involves a brief contact of the must with the skins. The grape variety used for its vinification is that of Corvina for 40%, that of Molinara for 30% and that of Rondinella for 30%. The origin of the grapes lies in the Valpolicella area, in Veneto. The vinification in white, with a light contact with the grapes that gives the particular salmon colour to the wine, ends with a refinement in steel, in the cold, always well protected from oxidative phenomena.
