Since 1975, the Santi winery, from the 6 hectares of vineyards owned by the estate destined for the cultivation of Corvina and Rondinella grapes, produced Bardolino Classico, a simple, direct wine that is highly appreciated by local tradition. Still today, following the ancient method of peasant tradition, 65% Corvina and 35% Rondinella vineyards are used for its production. The origin is the certified DOC of Veneto.
Bardolino Classico Ca’ Bordenis DOC Santi’s features
An intense and brilliant ruby red color. The nose is pleasantly fragrant and it is expressed with notes of raspberry, morello cherry, floral scents and hints of spice. The taste on the palate has a good body, balanced and excellent persistence
