Characteristics of the Chianti Classico DOCG wine
It has an intense and lively ruby red color, rich of red and orange reflections. The aroma reminds the flowers of violet, red berries and cherry fruits. There is also a light mineral hint. The taste is immediate and decide with a freshness and sapid aroma in the middle of the sip with final fruity and balsamic tastes.
Suggested pairings with this red wine from Tuscany
The Chianti Classico DOCG is ideal with Tuscany courses in particular with cold cuts and bruschetta with many ingredients. It is also good with braised pork meat flavored with olive oil. It has to be served between the 16-18°C in Bordeaux wine glasses which exalt the diffusion of the fragrances.
