The Vulkà line of the Sicilian Nicosia winery creates this sensational White wine Etna which is composed by a blend of 60% Carricante and 40 % Catarratto grapes, an authentically interpretation of the local terroir which its freshness and elegance. This wine is rich of minerals. The cultivation soil is sandy located at 650-700 meters above the sea level. The cultivation method is the trellised with the cordon spur pruning. There is a manual picking in the second week of October, it follows a cold maceration for 24 hours before being softly pressed and before the fermentation for 48 hours with a static decantation. This passage lasts 20-25 days at 15-18°C. Finally, it takes place the refinement in stainless steel tanks on fine lees and around 2 months in bottle.

It has a bright straw yellow color with an intense and elegant aroma of white pulp, pear and aromatic herbs. The taste is fresh, sapid and mineral.
