The name of this wine is made up of two part: Cornelianum, the Latin name of Cornaiano, and Appianum, the Latin name of Appiano. The female name highlights the elegance of this wine. Coming from classic Pinot Bianco of the Alto Adige tradition, its origin is that of Alto Adige and the selected grapes come entirely from the "Eppan Berg" area, the most historically renowned area in Alto Adige for Pinot Bianco. Vinification involves the fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature (18°C) in steel, a small part in large wooden barrels. Aging for a few months on the fine lees.
