Description du vin
„Integral“ wird zu 100 % aus Glera-Trauben in den alten Weinbergen von Col San Martino hergestellt; Mazeration der Schalen, sanftes Pressen und Gärung in reiner Form bei kontrollierter Temperatur; zweite Gärung und natürliche Gärung im Autoklaven für etwa 60 Tage bei 12°C. Anschließend verbleibt er weitere 120 Tage auf der Hefe.
Eigenschaften dieses Prosecco
Es ist ein blass strohgelber Wein mit feinem und anhaltendem Schaum. In der Nase finden sich Anklänge von Mineralien und weißen Früchten. Sehr elegant, frisch und mineralisch.

Bubble, der perfekt zu allen Fischgerichten passt. Bei einer Temperatur von 8°C in einem spitz zulaufenden Glas servieren.
