This sparkling wine from the Winery Cesarini Sforza, is the result of the vinification of grapes in blend of Chardonnay for 85% and for the remaining 15% of Pinot Noir. The origin is that of the Avisiane hills north of Trento, the Valle di Cembra, and the Valsugana. For the vinification of this sparkling wine are used only stainless steel tanks that leave expresses in naturalness the different varieties used.
Characteristics of this Spumante Rosè
On the organoleptic examination this Trento DOC appears very fresh pink. The smell allows to recognize the small red fruits with nuances of spices. The taste on the palate the sapid freshness of Chardonnay with the complex fruit of Pinot Noir give this sparkling wine the characteristics of drinkability, silkiness and elegance.

A sparkling wine for a formal and exceptional occasion whether it is a simple toast or chosen to accompany the dishes at the table. Also suitable for an aperitif, in fact, as well as for lunch or dinner, it is recommended to combine it with dried fruit, light and fried delicates, fish and white meat stewed or roasted, pasta dishes and risotto, both fresh and medium-aged cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 6ºC in a high and tapered glass.
