Wine list | Gavi |
Our most traditional Gavi is produced with grapes coming from vineyards located in the heart of Rovereto, our “Gran Crü” of Gavi. A wine that is able to demonstrate the perfect maturation balance that gives this wine its typical dry and fresh taste. This traditional wine, famous in the oenological panorama, can be defined as the true essence of Gavi. It is produced with 100% Cortese grapes, coming from “Collina”, near Rovereto. The traditional wine making technique requires a continuous control of the temperature. This article preserves its features through the years.

Recommended food pairings while tasting this white wine of Piedmont
With its classy, delicate and sour taste, this wine is suitable with starters, fish and seafood. Excellent with oysters but it can be suggested also with white meats and vegetable quiches. It has to be served at 12°C in a high, wide wine glass that helps the diffusion of the scents.
