Weinbeschreibung
The Pinot Grigio "Rondineto" of Fattoria Giuseppe Savini is produced in the vineyards owned by the company in the province of Teramo with 100% Pinot Grigio grapes. After the harvest and the soft pressing, the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for about 10 days. Then the wine rests in steel tanks and bottled.
Characteristics of Pinot Grigio "Rondineto"
Straw yellow color with golden reflections; fruity hints of apple combined with citrus notes. Fresh wine with the right balance between minerality and softness.
