This label is the result of the skillful and conscientious vinification of fine Pinot Grigio grapes selected directly in the vineyard in order to choose the best ones. The origin is the classic one of Alto Adige, which soil is of medium texture, gravelly and sandy in depth, which gives minerality to the wine. Vinification involves cold fermentation at 18°C in steel. Part of the must ferments in large wooden vats with regular bâtonnage. After 10 months of separate maturation on the lees, wines are carefully assembled and bottled.
