From the skilful vinification of Pinot Noir grapes in absolute purity, the Colterenzio technicians produce this sensational Red Wine Reserve St. Daniel. The origin is the classic one of the vineyards located at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level; here volcanic soils are characterized by moraine deposits. Cool microclimate with strong temperature variations between day and night. Vinification involves a short fresh maceration and subsequent fermentation at 25°C for 14 days. Malolactic and wine aging for 2 or 3 months in large wooden barrels of 35 hectoliters and subsequent 13 months in barriques. One year of aging in the bottle.
