From the vinification of 100% pure Teroldego grapes. The origin is the classic one of Trentino, ancient pergolas owned by the Foradori farm located in Mezzolombardo, in the heart of Campo Rotaliano. The vinification follows the traditional method with the fermentation of the must coming from the refined vineyards of the Dolomites. It develops with indigenous yeasts in large open vats, while the refinement is carried out in barrels for 15 months
Granato Foradori’s features
A ruby red appearance. The scent on the nose recalls fruit, from which pleasant sensations of cherry and blackberry emerge, embellished with more woody touches, resulting from aging. The taste on the palate is intense, broad and enveloping, characterized by a mineral vein and a sip with a fruity aftertaste.
