From the vinification of 100% Merlot grapes. The origin is that of the area of Bolgheri from vineyards cultivated in the Estate of Campo al Mare of our property. The vinification takes place after destemming the bunches are gently pressed to avoid the extraction of tannins. Fermentation in steel with maceration on fine lees. The maturation develops for 4 months in steel. The aging takes place for at least 1 month in bottle.
Characteristics of this rose wine
The wine has a soft pink color. The nose is fragrant and tasty with notes of violets, jasmine and raspberry, in the background you can perceive the Mediterranean scrub. The taste on the palate is fresh and fragrant but also determined, pleasantly sweet and alcoholic.
Serving suggestions tasting Bolgheri Rosato
Perfect with delicate first courses or with white meat. We recommend it next to a spaghetti guitar with white ragout spicy fish of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The serving temperature is 8°C.
