Wine description
From a blend of Montepulciano and Petit Verdot grapes cultivated at Morro d'Alba-Ancona- on mainly clay soils, this rose wine from Marotti Campi Winery is born. After the manual harvest at the end of September, the grapes undergo maceration and fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 18 ºC. It follows the final phase of aging in steel for 4 months and then in bottle for another 6 months.
Characteristics of this Marche wine
It has an antique pink color and an olfactory bouquet reminiscent of small red fruits and aromatic herbs . The palate is fresh, slightly savory.
Recommended pairings with this rosé wine from Marche
Try it with pasta dishes and fish dishes. Also excellent as an aperitif. Serve at a temperature of 16 ºC.
