From the vinification of grapes in blend of Sangiovese 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%. The origin is the particular one, from a Cru, of the Estate of Nozzole situated in the municipality of Greve in Chianti. Vinification by maceration with délestage and pumping over in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 28ºC. Duration: 20 days. The aging in steel the first 2 months, 24 months in 60 hl aged Slavonian oak barrels. The aging is a minimum of 6 months in bottle.
Characteristics of this Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG
Its appearance is ruby, elegant and luminous. The olfactory aroma and the ripe notes of red pulp fruit combine with hints of sweet spices, in an olfactory bouquet that closes with refined mentholated and balsamic tones. The taste in the mouth is soft and generous, well worked in the tannic texture, persistent and excellent in the aftertaste.

It goes perfectly with the courses of the menu of earth. It is gorgeous with the tagliatelle stretched with a rolling pin and seasoned with the white truffle of San Miniato. The optimal serving temperature is 16°C.
