Description du vin
This fabulous blend is composed by 80% Garganega, 15% Trebbiano and 5% Chardonnay. The vineyards are located in the traditional area of Soave, where the volcanic lands touch 80 meters above the sea level. The harvest is planned at the end of September. The wine making starts with the elimination of stalks and the soft pressing. The fermentation temperature is set on 14-16°C. The aging is developed in steel tanks.
Features of this white wine
Straw yellow colour enriched by delicate hints of fruits and flowers. The taste is fresh and ends with sensations of bitter almonds.

A classy wine that is suggested for starter and main dishes with fish and vegetables. It has to be served at 10°C.
