From the vinification of grapes of Garganega for 70% and Trebbiano di Soave for 30% comes this sensational wine of the Venetian tradition that embodies all the characteristics of the territory. The origin is the classic DOC of Verona, in Veneto. Harvest involves the manual harvest of ripe grapes. After pressing, the vinification requires a short cold macerationin order to gently extract the varietal aromas typical of Garganega. Fermentation takes place after decanting the must at a temperature of 15/16 ° C. Finally the refinement with aging in stainless steel and short refinement in the bottle.
