It is from the precious 100% pure Verdicchio grapes that the renowned Pievalta winery produces this sensational and unusual passito wine. The origin of the vines is the classic one of the Marche. Harvest involves fermentation part in used barriques and part in terracotta amphorae with maceration on the skins. Finally the refinement which extends for 4 months in barrique and 8 months in steel.
