This red passito wine from the Sardinian Winery Giuseppe Sedilesu is made from pure Cannonau grapes from three different plots. The grapes are harvested in November, followed by spontaneous fermentation in truncated cone-shaped wooden vats at a temperature of 24-32°C and subsequent maceration for about 30 days. The wine is aged in tonneau barrels for 24 months and then refined in the bottle for another 24 months.
Characteristics of this Passito wine
It has a very intense red colour. The bouquet is an explosion of morello cherry, aromatic herbs and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is enveloping and well-balanced.

Perfect as a meditation wine or paired with dry pastries. Try it at the end of a meal with cheese or dried fruit. Serve at a temperature of 14-16°C.
