This white wine from the Giuseppe Sedilesu Winery is made exclusively from Granatza di Marmoiada grapes: after manual harvesting and soft pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 19°C and maceration in contact with the skins, a fundamental stage in ensuring that the wine acquires its characteristic amber colour and delicate tannic texture. The final stage of ageing takes place in tonneau barrels for 10-12 months.
Characteristics of this Sardinian wine
It has a very intense amber colour and a bouquet of aromas reminiscent of Mediterranean scrub, with fruity and mineral notes. On the palate, it is dry and savoury, with a well-balanced acidity.
Recommended pairings with this white wine
Try it with fish dishes: soups, fregola and bottarga-based dishes. Also excellent with mature and intense cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 12-14°C.
