The Montepulciano D'Abruzzo "Nativae" DOP of Tenuta Ulisse is a wine made from 100% Montepulciano grapes grown in the vineyards located near Crecchio, province of Chieti. After manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation takes place in cement tanks, with yeasts naturally present on the grapes; the phenomenon takes place without temperature control and without filtration. It is then aged, initially in cement tanks and then in bottle.
