De Vite Hofstatter

This wine is fine, prestigious and refined. It is made by the blend of Pinot Bianco, Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon and Riesling grapes produced by the Hofstätter winery. The vines are cultivated on marl, light and hot soils. The grapes are lightly pressed and separated from the sediments by a natural precipitation process; then the must ferments under temperature control.

Characteristics of the De Vite wine

It has a straw yellow color with green reflections. The smell has fresh apple, lemon herb and lightly vanilla hints. The taste is floral and fresh, with a fine and refreshing acidity perfectly balanced. At the end there are fruity and floral aromas of the smell with a great persistent ending.

Suggested pairings with this Hofstatter wine

This wine is perfect to be match to the Italian cooking. The “De Vite” of Hofstätter is perfect for starters, main courses with fish and with white meats. It must be served at 10°C in a high and wide wine glass.
