From the pure vinification of 100% pure Friulano grapes, the Castello di Spessa winery produces this sensational white wine with excellent organoleptic characteristics. The origin of the grapes lies in Capriva del Friuli. The harvest takes place by hand and represents a ritual for the territory that is repeated annually in September, until the second ten days of October. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature of 15°C. The aging takes place in the tank for at least 6 months and continues in the bottle for a further 2 months.
Characteristics of this wine from Friuli
On the organoleptic examination this wine of the Friulian tradition has a straw yellow color with slightly golden reflections. The scent is particularly complex, articulated between fruity notes such as peach and apricot, and intense floral and mineral notes. The right acidity tension gives remarkable persistence.
