Raccomanded pairings while tasting this wine from Tuscany
It has to be served in wide crystal wine glasses at 15-18°C and it is preferable to open it some minutes before drinking it to exalt its qualities. It is perfect to be drunk with traditional Tuscany course such as: t-bone, grilled meat, pasta “pappardelle” with boar meat, white meat and aged cheese.
