A wine for great occasions of conviviality. The result of the vinification of 100% pure Glera grapes bred in the Veneto area in the Zonin winery. The vinification involves the refermentation in autoclave at controlled temperatures where the fermentation takes place, to maintain the pressure of about 5 atmospheres.

To the appearance that is evident from the organoleptic examination, the wine has a clear and luminous straw-yellow color, well supported by a very subtle and fine perlage. The aroma is broad and fruity with good intensity, in particular the green apple, lemon, grapefruit; the dominant floral note is that of the blooming wisteria, acacia and elder. The taste has an intense flavor that has a good acidic note, fresh taste, good structure, the palate is pleasant and harmonious.
