The Traminer Aromatico, better known as Gewürztraminer, shows a certain vocation for high-latitude, cold and cool areas. In fact, the regions where it is most widespread are Trentino Alto Adige and Friuli Venezia Giulia. For this Aromatic Traminer of the Monviert Winery, manual harvesting is carried out, following which the grapes are gently destemmed. This is followed by soft pressing and the must obtained is clarified by decantation. We proceed with alcoholic fermentation in steel and a final refinement phase for 3-4 months, with frequent movements.
Characteristics of this wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia
It has a straw yellow color with a very intense olfactory bouquet reminiscent of linden, pink, mugwort. Dry on the palate and robust.

Particularly suitable in combination with fish-based dishes: hot appetizers, seafood salads, baked fish. Also excellent with tasty cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
