With a particularly fragrant and delicate olfactory profile, this Brut Sparkling Wine from the Friulian winery Monviert comes from pure Ribolla Gialla grapes. The harvest is carried out manually, with careful selection of the best bunches: once the destemming phase is completed, soft pressing follows and the resulting must is clarified through decantation. This triggers alcoholic fermentation in steel, followed by frothing in an autoclave, where this Friuli wine remains for at least six months.
