A highly prestigious wine, which is the result of the pure vinification of selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The origin falls in Cormons, near Gorizia. The harvest takes place during the first week of September. The vinification involves the use of the skins maceration technique for 1 night at 5°C. Fermentation follows which takes place in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature of 14°C. Finally, the refinement in the tank for 8 months. Finally, the refinement continues in the bottle for 4 months.
Characteristics of this wine from Friuli
The appearance of the wine is slightly deep straw yellow, with clear greenish reflections. The scent is very rich and concentrated: it ranges between hints of yellow and white peach, from tomato leaf to grapefruit and elderberry. The taste in the mouth is fresh and concentrated, particularly savory and persistent at the end of the mouth.

This label from Friuli is terrific with shellfish: excellent with prawns and lobster. Particularly suitable with Catalan-style lobster, turbot with Sauvignon, breaded sardines, fish soup all'anconetana and Neapolitan-style sardines. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C in a tall and tapered glass.
