Sauvignon DOC ZORZETTIG

It is with pure Sauvignon grapes that this Friulian white wine from Zorzettig Winery is produced. After the bunches are picked during the harvest, during which extreme care is taken to select the best grapes, the grapes are vinified in steel vats where they will remain for a few months even during the final stage of refinement, before being bottled.

Characteristics of this Friulian wine

It has a straw-yellow colour with shades tending towards green. The olfactory bouquet is dominated by sage, lime and mint while the palate is surprisingly light with a savoury vein.

Excellent as an aperitif and with fish dishes: linguine allo scoglio, pennette all'astice, fried and grilled fish, but also sushi and sashimi. serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.
