This Friulian white wine from the Zorzettig Winery is made from pure Ribolla Gialla grapes grown in the Colli Orientali del Friuli: the particularity of all Myò products lies in the fact that the vineyards used to produce these wines are the oldest. After the harvest, the grapes are macerated and then fermented for about ten days at a temperature of 18°C in steel: they will remain on the noble lees until the spring following the harvest.
Characteristics of this Friulian wine
It presents a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The olfactory profile evokes flowers such as acacia and chamomile as well as citrus notes. On the palate it is pleasant, with a good balance between acid and sapid vein.
Recommended pairings with this Friuli white wine
Try it with shellfish, sushi and sashimi and generally with all fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.
