Descrizione del vino
Primitivo di Manduria Riserva "Miorè" is produced with 100% autochthonous grapes. The harvest, strictly manual, is done in late September; fermentation in steel and aging in large French oak barrels before being bottled.
Characteristics of this Apulian wine
The wine has a bright color with garnet reflections; on the nose there are hints of red fruits while on the finish there are vanilla and bitter cocoa. The mouthfeel is full-bodied, soft and structured, with a nice persistence.
Recommended pairings tasting this Apulian wine
Excellent with tasty sauces, grilled meats and aged cheeses. To be served at a temperature of 16-18 ºC in a fairly large glass.
