This Brunello di Montalcino from Cantina Casisano comes from 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes from vineyards dedicated exclusively to the production of Brunello, on marl soils. After the manual harvest, the vinification takes place according to the traditional method, with maceration on the skins for at least 25 days. This is followed by the phase of maturation in Slavonian oak barrels and finally refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months.
