Wine description
Negroamaro is a red grape variety grown exclusively in Apulia, particularly in Salento. The “Primo Nobile” Salento of the Winery Mediterranea is a red wine that well represents the quality of these lands. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and undergo maceration for 8-10 days, then, after pressing, the must is fermented in vats. After fermentation, the wine is poured and centrifuged again.
