This "Vigne 50 anni" of Vigne di Zamò Winery is born in the company's vineyards of Rosazzo, Udine, from 100% Friulano grapes. The harvest by hand takes place in the first week of September and the grapes are directly pressed in nitrogen; the must thus obtained is then fermented in steel at a temperature of 18/20°C. Subsequently the wine remains on the lees in steel tanks for about ten months, without racking. In July it is bottled and then left to rest in the cellar for a year before distribution.

Upon organoleptic examination, this Friulian wine shows a light colour with golden hues; the nose is complex with notes of ripe fruit, lemon peel and medicinal herbs. In the mouth it is savory, fresh and persistent with a nice savory and mineral vein.
