Wine description
The "Spantau" wine of Cantine Antigori comes from Carignano grapes harvested by hand. The whole grapes are pressed immediately after harvesting. The must remains at a low temperature for a few days in stainless steel tanks before starting fermentation for 15 days.

Bright red color. Initial aromas of blackberry and cherry jam, leave room for hints of pepper and licorice. Fresh and well balanced.
